Philosophy:

"In our certified family business, we have decided to process only local raw materials. For this reason, we obtain our venison from the Oberpfalz and Nuremberg. Due to the abundance of venison in our region, fresh meat from red deer and wild boar constantly reaches us by a short route, where we process it ourselves by hand and under the highest quality requirements and produce venison sausage products. A very special concern for us is the appreciation of the animal, which is why we always treat the meat of the animals in such a way that it becomes a delicacy."

The Story:

The family business for buying and selling red and wild boar was founded by master butcher and hunter Johann Waffler in 1995, since 2010 he has been able to count on the support of his son Andreas Waffler as another master butcher in the family. The main customers for the high quality venison are restaurateurs in the near and far surroundings, including often the upscale cuisine.
