  • Order before 11am for delivery the next morning. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the day after tomorrow.
  • Orders received over the weekend are sent to our producers on Monday, so that you receive them on Tuesdays. In case of holidays, the delivery of your order will be automatically rescheduled for the next working day.
  • Pay easily and securely either by direct debit or PayPal.
  • Have your order delivered directly to your home or workplace, or choose one of our depots as a delivery option.

Our TLA promise to guarantee freshness

  • The goods are picked up from the producer in the evening and your order is being packed. The boxes are kept refrigerated overnight before being loaded into the delivery vehicle in the morning.
  • For maximum freshness, we deliver your order in refrigerated thermal boxes. This way, even at an outside temperature of 23 degrees, your fresh box will stay fresh and cool for up to 16 hours.
  • To receive your delivery at home, we need a shady place where we can store your order protected from the weather.

Our deposit box system

With your first order you will automatically have two deposit boxes in your shopping cart: A thermal box for 5 Euros and a stacking box for 5 Euros. You only pay this deposit once, because with every further order you can simply return your old boxes by placing them outside for us to pick them up.

You forgot to put out your old deposit boxes? No problem, you will not be charged an extra deposit. However, the number of deposit boxes you have already received is stored in the system: From the fourth non-returned thermal box, we charge 33 euros for this and 12 euros for the stacking box.

Frequently asked questions

I do not live in the delivery area. Can I still order?

If you live outside our delivery area, you can have your order delivered to one of our participating depots within the delivery area. This is a good option if, for example, you live outside our service area but work within it.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is 15 euros. If you do not reach the minimum order value alone, ask your family, neighbors, friends or colleagues if you want to join forces.

What’s the delivery fee?

The delivery fee for your order is 1,90 Euro.

How long do the products stay in my shopping cart?

The shopping cart is automatically emptied after 48 hours. Since some of our producers have a constantly changing assortment and always produce these products fresh, the products can only remain in the shopping cart for a limited period of time.

Can I edit/change my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order that has already been placed. This is because your order is immediately transmitted to our producers so that you receive your delivery as soon as possible. However, you can place an additional order for the same delivery day. How do you make sure that the refrigerated goods stay fresh during delivery?

For the delivery of chilled goods, we use thermal boxes with cold gel pads. This combination reliably keeps your order cold for up to 16 hours, even on warm summer days. Thus, even refrigerated food stays fresh for several hours, if we should not meet you at home and leave the delivery at your drop-off location.

On which days will orders be delivered?

We deliver orders from Tuesday to Saturday. Orders received on weekends are sent to our producers on Monday so that you can receive your delivery on Tuesday. In case of holidays, the delivery of your order will be automatically postponed to the following working day.

At what time does the delivery takes place?

The orders are loaded into our delivery vehicle early in the morning and delivered in the course of the morning. You should have received your order at 12 o’clock at the latest.

How long do I have to wait for my delivery after ordering?

Orders placed before 11am on weekdays will be sent immediately to our producers so that you can receive your delivery the following day. For orders placed after 11 a.m., delivery will be made the day after next.

Can I have my order delivered on a specific day?

Currently there is no possibility to place an order for a specific date. We will keep you informed as soon as this option gets available.

Do I sign up for a description when I place an order?

No, you do not enter into any further obligations with an order. We don't want to bind our customers with subscriptions and contracts, but with outstanding service and the best products. You can order whenever and as often as you like.

Do I have to be home for the delivery?

No, you do not have to be at home for the delivery. Therefore, it is necessary that you give permission to leave your order in a safe and dry place, which is protected from the weather and direct sunlight. Such a place, where we can leave your order, can be for example your garage, terrace or a shed.

I did not receive my order, it was delivered incorrectly or incompletely. What can I do?

In case of complaints or problems with your order, please contact our customer service immediately. You can reach us by email at lieferdienst@tla.bayern or by phone at 09628 92060 weekdays from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Together we can for sure find a solution to your problem!

How will I get my deposit for the boxes back?

There are several ways to return the transport boxes to us: First, you can simply give them to the delivery person with your next order or make them available for pickup at your dropoff location. If you don't want to order again, you can request a free pickup of the boxes. The deposit amount will then be credited to you automatically.

I forgot to return my old deposit box with my last order. Will I be charged the deposit again?

The deposit fee will not be charged again if you forget to return your previous deposit box. However, the system records how many deposit boxes you have received. If too many of them are withdrawn from our cycle, we are forced to purchase additional deposit boxes. For this reason, we charge a deposit of 8 euros per stacking box and 33 euros per thermal box from the fourth transport box that is not returned. As soon as the boxes are registered with us again, a credit note is automatically triggered.

By when must my delivery be picked up at the depot?

When you can pick up your delivery at a depot depends on the opening hours of the respective store/operation. If you are unsure, it is best to ask an employee there.

Can I order on account?

No, a purchase on account is currently not possible. You can choose between payment by direct debit or PayPal.

Can I request a regular/recurrent delivery?

No, currently there is no subscription feature available in TLA Frischeservice Shop. However, it is possible that this option will be available in the future.

Where do the products from the TLA Frischeservice Shop come from?

The products in our store come almost all from small, local producers and family businesses, which can often look back on a history rich in tradition and are strongly rooted in the Oberpfalz. For special products, such as our vegan assortment, we fall back on small manufacturers mainly from the (South) German region.

Are all the products in the TLA Frischeservice shop organic?

We pay attention to sustainable, organic production methods as well as animal welfare and fairness when selecting our producers. The majority of the products in the TLA Frischeservice Shop are therefore produced organically and in compliance with organic requirements, or even carry awards such as Demeter certification. However, not all of our producers have these official labels, even though they themselves make strict demands on their production methods.

Is there a deposit on your bottles?

Yes, we charge a deposit on our beverage bottles. As with our transport boxes, we will refund the deposit amount as soon as we have registered the containers with us again. So just put your beverage bottles together with existing transport boxes to return with your next order.

Can I return empty beverage bottle containers to you?

Yes, you can return bottles purchased from us, even if there is no deposit on them. Just put the containers together with the deposit boxes ready to return the next time you order.

My employer wants to provide a room for deliveries to employees. Who can I ask?
