"With a lot of love and our own handwork we produce all creations at "Vera's Goodies" in our manufactory in Amberg. Our sweet treats are raw, vegan and free from gluten, industrial sugar as well as soy and palm oil. We use organic products as much as possible and also attach great importance to seasonality and regionality. It is important to us that we offer added value with our treats and thus stand out from the offerings of the masses. Our goal is to show people how delicious and healthy you can "bake" and actually like it. The cakes are not baked, but frozen to solidify the mass. In this way, all the nutrients, vitamins and trace elements are preserved. The result: delicious, healthy and natural Raw Cakes that are not only good for the soul, but also for the body."
Vera was deeply involved in the areas of nutrition, health and fitness in the past out of personal interest and the joy of sports. This gave her the idea of trying out healthier alternatives to conventional pastries. What drove her most was the creative process of trial and error. After Vera ventured into her first Raw Cake in 2017, more attempts followed until the first successful recipe creations of her own finally emerged. Vera's Goodies was born out of a passion to create a product that is full of nutrients and high-quality plant-based ingredients, and which lives up to the claim of being convincing not only visually, but of course also in terms of taste.
